Each of the rooms at TWU are very similar. All you need to bring with you is your own computer. All you need to do is take the HDMI cord that is waiting for you in the room, and plug it into your laptop. You will then be ready to present with sound and video on the wall screens in your room.

If you have a Mac, you are probably already familiar with the need to have an HDMI adapter if your Mac does not have an HDMI port.

Virtually every room has movable tables and chairs and can be setup or re-arranged by you to fit your needs. With extensive re-arrangements, we can help before the event begins. Please be sure to leave the room as you found it.

Yes, we know that preparing an innovative, engaging, and relevant session for our community of educators takes time, preparation and commitment. Therefore we offer you a generous stipend for preparing and delivering your session. Since we review this each year, please inquire about this with your session proposal.

At InspirED, we invite proposals that are engaging and invite audience feedback and participation. Doing is learning! Therefore, please be sure to give serious thought to how you will intentionally invite and use audience participation and feedback.
