What are the registration fees for 2023?
Please note these are our early-bird rates. Regular rates will increase by $50 after early-bird cut-off.
CEBC members: $135 for full Convention and $105 for one day
NWCSI members: $108 for full Convention and $92 for one day
Online Convention: same as a one-day rate
Visitor: $269 for full Convention and $215 for one day.
What dates do I need to keep in mind about registering?
Registration Opens: by October 1, but hopefully sooner!
Early-bird registration Closes: three weeks prior to Convention
Registration Closes: the end of October
I am an honourary CEBC Member, how do I register to attend?
When registration has opened, please proceed through the regular registration process on our registration website. Select the Registrant Type "Honourary CEBC Member".

InspirED Convention will be held at Trinity Western University Gymnasium, DeVries Centre and Robert G Kuhn Building.
Will there be an Online Convention this year?
Yes, we intend to continue offering a hybrid Convention. Online offerings are more limited and appeal to a more general audience. They give you the flexibility of joining online and still having access to all recorded sessions.
During the registration process you will be able to choose the option to attend "online" or "in-person".
InspirED Convention is pleased to bring you yet another improvement to our event experience. We have brought together our session proposal experience, our registration experience, our event site, and our event app all together under one roof. We are no longer using EventMobi.
It is possible you have a version of this app from last year. In that case you will need to make sure you search for InspirED to access the option to download our updated 2023 information.
