Phyllis has had a varied teaching career including working as a classroom teacher, administrator, home learning support teacher and special education coordinator. She currently works with Regent Christian Online Academy as the Associate Director of Elementary Programs. As a mom of a child with a special education designation, Phyllis understands the SE world from both the parent and professional perspectives. Phyllis believes that all children are image bearers of God, and her passion is to help educators grow in their use of inclusive practices so that all learners can find success.
