Physical Education classes and recreation experiences are important places for students to develop their physical competence, so they feel competent to move in life, and with that confidence develop the motivation to further develop their physical competence... We will be engaged in approximately 30 activities that help develop skills involving locomotor, manipulative sending, manipulative receiving, and manipulative retention skills.
