Teaching art with a storyline adds a deeper layer that connects all of the art throughout the year to our faith. It also allows for a unified, spiritually rich art show at the end of the year. I will be showing participants how I pick, introduce, and weave the art theme throughout the art course and showing a lot of examples of student work. Although this will be introduced in an art context it can be used for any course.
