We likely all have a mission and vision statement at our school, but how do we know it’s living? This workshop will explore why our mission and vision must live at every layer of our organization. First, we will engage with our own schools’ mission and vision statements and identify the key ‘power’ words and how we can try to measure them. Then, in collaboration with colleagues, we will identify some ‘commit to try’s’ that will seek to deepen all stakeholders’ engagement with who we hope to be.
