This session is designed for the attendees to be able to share their experiences as to how they are doing in their profession. Is their job something they are surviving and simply getting through? Or does their job give them life and energy? What are the factors in either of these cases? I propose that this will involve discussion in small groups and then some sharing out of what has been discovered. It is my hope and prayer that some positive recommendations may come out of this session.
