I have been teaching now for 16 years and it has been a good journey, which I'm very thankful for. However, there have been days, especially early on in my career, where teaching felt overwhelming and it was a struggle. What advice would I give if I could meet with my younger self so that I'd feel encouraged and excited about being a teacher?
