Abby, Matt, and Dave serve in the Education department at Dordt University. We are three friends who have been teaching for quite a while, but we still have lots of questions about education. The "Hallway Conversations" podcast is our place for thinking out loud about topics we think are important people committed to teaching Christianly to consider. It all began in the fall of 2020, when Matt joined the Education department at Dordt. We often would wind up having conversations in the hallway...from the mundane to the philosophical. And one day, one of us said, "We should start a podcast and share these conversations!" And the rest, as they say, is history. Our deep hope is that listeners would find these conversations an opportunity for their own reflection about what it means to take our faith seriously as we consider our work as educators, that you would be challenged and encouraged in your work as an educator, and that you might even chuckle along as we think on our feet and stumble through trying to answer each other’s questions.
