This is a presentation and discussion around the findings of a recent thesis on leadership and the communication done by during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will focus on the communication by school leaders to their communities, both internal and external. There will be an opportunity to comment and add input to the discussion along the way. Participants can expect to glean some key factors in effectively communicating during a crisis.
