We all acknowledge that a positive partnership between teachers and EAs can make a huge difference to class culture and student growth but it’s not always as straightforward as we all wish it would be. This workshop will review specifics of how to cultivate a positive relationship between teachers and EA. The session is meant to be interactive with teachers and EAs participating in a discussion together. Different scenarios in the school context as well as effective strategies for conflict resolution will also be addressed. The session is aimed to be practical and informative for both teachers and EAs.
