The 20-minute presentation will focus on the importance of recognizing that at times leaders, like Jesus, do the right thing, but the apparent outcome is not pleasant or easy.

The 5-minute interaction will focus on the question—can you describe a situation where you did the right thing as a leader but the outcome was not pleasant or easy?

The subsequent 10-minute presentation will focus on the importance of hope as way to disentangle actions and outcomes and live with a back-to-the-future theology.  That will be followed by 10-minute interaction where each member will share how they have embraced hope as a Christian educator.

The session will conclude with Q & A.
